Founder and Director of Drew Summer Music from 1995 to 2005, a chamber music workshop for young musicians grade 8 to12. Program began as a 5 day event and grew to a two week program. Program was presented by the Music Department of Drew University.
Founder and Director of The Annual NJ Flute Choir Day from 1995 to present. 2011 is the 17th season with Phyllis Louke as guest artist. Approximately150 performers participate annually. Program is presented by the Music Department of Drew University.
Organized High School Regional master classes with Bart Feller from Rutgers University.
Organized master class for professionals with Trevor Wye at Drew University and in Boston, MA.
